How the BAXALT Partnership Works

BAXALT is not trying to flood the market. The goal is a controlled rollout with selected partners.

1. Initial Discussion

We evaluate the market, positioning, showroom environment and fit with BAXALT's brand logic.

2. Territory Assessment

We review territory potential, market relevance and the best format for demonstration and launch.

3. Demonstration Model

A demonstration model can be introduced to support product discovery and territory development.

Current Distribution Territories

BAXALT is currently prioritising selected European territories with strong outdoor living potential and relevant showroom ecosystems.

If you believe BAXALT could be a good fit for your showroom, we would be happy to continue the discussion. Please feel free to contact us for additional information.

Partner FAQ

Answers to the most common questions from showrooms and outdoor living professionals.

The Product

What is BAXALT?

BAXALT is a premium turnkey outdoor kitchen line built from volcanic and basalt rock. Each unit arrives fully assembled and is placed on site by crane in a single operation — weather-resistant, design-led, and made for year-round outdoor use. The range sits between mass-market freestanding grills and bespoke masonry builds: the permanence and design quality of a custom kitchen, without the cost, complexity, or construction time.

What makes BAXALT different from other outdoor kitchens?

Three things. First, turnkey delivery — a crane places the complete unit on site with no on-site building work. Second, genuine year-round durability — Materials are engineered to stay outdoors permanently, through every season. Third, design coherence — every element, from frame to countertop, is conceived as a single product rather than assembled from mismatched parts.

What is the price range?

Recommended retail prices range from €15,000 to €24,000, depending on configuration, finishes, and equipment.

The Partnership

Who is BAXALT looking to partner with?

We work with established showroom partners — retailers and specialists with a physical space where clients can see and experience the product. We're selective by design, building a focused network of partners who share our positioning and serve the premium end of the outdoor-living market.

Do I need a physical showroom?

Yes. A physical showroom is a requirement to become a BAXALT partner. BAXALT is a considered, high-value purchase, and clients buy with confidence when they can stand in front of the product. Online-only operations don't fit our model — the product sells through in-person experience, and a showroom presence protects both the brand and your own conversion. The surface footprint is around 10m².

Is territory exclusivity available?

Territory is handled case by case. Depending on the market and your profile, arrangements can range from a standard showroom partnership to a country representative role coordinating the wider national network. We'll define the right structure for your situation during the partnership conversation.

What are the commercial terms?

Showroom partners purchase at a wholesale margin against the recommended retail price, with terms set according to role and commitment. Country representatives operate on a commission basis across all sales in their territory, in exchange for coordinating the local network.

What is the contract commitment?

Partnership agreements run for an initial term of two years with tacit renewal, giving both sides the stability to build the market together. Founding-partner conditions are available for early showroom partners.

Delivery, Support & After-Sales

How are units delivered and installed?

Each BAXALT unit is delivered fully assembled and placed on site by crane in a single operation — no construction, no multi-day install. This turnkey delivery is part of the product experience and a key selling point for your clients.

Do partners need to hold stock?

Because BAXALT offers a wide range of configurations, units are made to order as standard. We also keep a selection of popular configurations in stock and offer incentives to partners who choose to build their own inventory.

What marketing and sales support do partners receive?

Partners receive a complete toolkit: product brochure, an online configurator, showroom video content, and ready-to-use website and sales copy, alongside ongoing brand support.

What about warranty and after-sales?

BAXALT is built for permanent outdoor use, and after-sales support is provided through the partner network. Appliances come with a 2-year warranty, structural components with a 5-year limited warranty.
