Founder's note
BAXALT started with a simple observation — one I experienced both professionally and personally.
Outdoor living is no longer a niche. It has become a central part of how people design and enjoy their homes. I've seen this shift happen over the years: more time spent outside, more attention to hosting, and a growing expectation for spaces that feel complete — not just functional.
At the same time, I kept noticing how these projects come together.
Grills, cabinets, pergolas, appliances — each element brings its own value, its own expertise. But bringing everything together often relies on coordination, interpretation, and execution on-site. When everything aligns, the result can be outstanding. But it also requires time, effort, and a high level of consistency to get there every time.
That's where the idea for BAXALT took shape.
I didn't set out to change what already works. I wanted to contribute something that fits naturally into this ecosystem — a way to deliver a complete outdoor kitchen in a more streamlined and predictable way, while respecting the expertise already in place.
I spent over 20 years in the aviation industry, in environments where consistency, reliability, and execution are critical. That experience shaped how I think about products: not as a sum of parts, but as systems designed to perform the same way, every time.
With BAXALT, I brought that mindset into outdoor living.
The objective is straightforward:
- Help partners expand their offer with a premium, ready-to-install solution
- Reduce project complexity and installation variability
- Provide a product that is easy to present, easy to sell, and consistent in delivery
BAXALT is designed to integrate naturally into existing showrooms — alongside grills, pergolas, pools, and landscaping solutions — while offering a different way to approach the outdoor kitchen as a whole.
For me, this project is about alignment.
Aligning design, engineering, and real-life usage.
Aligning what is promised with what is delivered.
And ultimately, aligning with the way outdoor spaces are already evolving.
This is not about changing your business.
It is about giving you an additional, more efficient way to grow it.
